Ingredients (for 4 people)
Takahashi UCHIMAME (50g)
fish stock or water (600cc)
potato (1)
miso (to taste)
Instructions
1.Peel potato and cut 2-3cm.
2.Put UCHIMAME and cut potato and boil 3-5 minutes on high heat, then 10-15 minutes on low heat until it becomes soft.
3.Put miso to taste.
