Ingredients
Takahashi UCHIMAME (50g)
fish stock or water (600cc)
Instructions
1.Put UCHIMAME and water in pot and boil them.
2.Boil 3-5 minutes on high heat, then 10-15 minutes on low heat until it becomes soft.
3.From this, We can arrange miso soup, simmered Food, salad etc..
*Np need to remove the skin and foam in pot.
*Skim the foam when it boils with meat.
