Ingredients (for 5 people)
Takahashi UCHIMAME (100g)
Chinese radish (1)
carrot (1)
salt (a pinch of salt)
vinegar/sugar (to taste)
Instructions
1.Slice Chinese radish and carrot, put salt them. after it becomes soft, wash and drain off.
2.Wash UCHIMAME and put it water in pot and boil. After the water comes to a boil. simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat. when it is simmered, drain off water and crush in mortar.
3.Mix Chinese radish and carrot, and put 2 and vinegar, sugar to taste.
